Hand picked from Calaverse Countys Esmeralda Valley these small berries have intense and balanced fruit flavor and acidity. The grapes were racked into 59 gallon American Oak barrels for barrel fermentation which lasted two weeks. After five months, the barrels were racked into a stainless steel tank for filtration prior to bottling.
