Hand picked from a special Vineyard in El Dorado County, these small berries have intense and balanced fruit flavor and acidity. The grapes were fermented in 59 gallon American Oak barrels which lasted about two weeks. After six months, the barrels were racked into a stainless steel tank for filtration prior to bottling.
